Irish Legends

On January 1, 2007, Notre Dame debuted a new tier of giving within the Director’s Circle of the Rockne Heritage Fund. The Irish Legends directly assist Athletics Director Kevin White in taking Notre Dame Athletics to the next level of achievement and, especially, in nurturing the dreams and education of our talented student-athletes.

Membership is open to donors making an annual contribution of $5,000 or more to the Rockne Heritage Fund. Irish Legends members enjoy special benefits associated with higher levels of support.

Benefits of Membership

All members of the Director’s Circle receive:

A memento emblematic of your membership.
The Athletics Annual Report.
Athletics media publications.
University communications, such as the President’s Newsletter and Notre Dame Magazine, for those not currently receiving them.
Invitations to special events with senior athletics staff.
Membership card granting the cardholder complimentary admission to regular-season varsity sports competitions (excluding football, men’s basketball, and hockey, and subject to ticket availability).
“Special contributor status” in the football ticket lottery, with improved chances for success in obtaining football tickets for multiple home games.

New Benefit:

20% discount on merchandise purchased at the Warren Golf Course Pro Shop (excluding lessons, rounds, etc.).
Discounts at select on-campus dining venues, including Sorin’s, Leahy’s, and Legends. Membership card must be offered to receive discounts.

The O.S.C.A.R.S. (Outstanding Student-Athletes Celebrating Achievements and Recognition Showcase) DVD, featuring a spectacular annual event that honors more than 750 student-athletes who compete on Notre Dame’s 26 varsity teams.
