Foundation Relations
The Office of Foundation Relations works with private philanthropic organizations to advance the academic, research, and institutional goals of Notre Dame. By cultivating mutually beneficial partnerships, the office advances the priorities of both the University and its partners.
Our staff reach across academic departments and administrative units to foster meaningful collaborations and nurture long-term partnerships. They identify strategic partners for such key priorities as seed funding for research projects, undergraduate scholarships and graduate fellowships, professorships and faculty research, and in-kind gifts. The office also helps faculty identify appropriate foundation partners and develop proposals and related materials.
